2. Payments & Financial Information

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials, or financial details on our website.

All stall fees and donations are paid directly via bank transfer (BACS) to the festival’s official community bank account. No payment processing occurs on our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your contact details solely to:

  • Process and confirm your space reservation.
  • Provide BACS bank details and payment references.
  • Send essential event schedules, safety guidance, and setup instructions.
  • Respond to questions submitted to our team.

Our lawful basis for processing this information is Contract / Pre-contractual steps (to fulfill your space reservation) and Legitimate Interests (to effectively run and administer the community festival).

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties or marketing companies.

Your details are accessed exclusively by the volunteer organising team for event coordination purposes.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Your details are stored securely on password-protected devices. We retain booking information only for the duration of the current year’s festival and necessary post-event administration, after which records are deleted unless you ask us to keep you updated about future festivals.
