Please make yourself known to the steward on the day. There will be cakes and refreshments sold within this area, so please be mindful of this when setting up.

If you are displaying on consecutive days, please do feel free to leave your stand in situ for ease, however this will be at your own risk. And please do not leave money on the premises unattended.

For clear down, we kindly ask that once doors are closed, that you vacate no later than 5.00pm.

Parking:

Parking is limited within the village, so please head to the Warnes Lane car park (parking charges may apply- so please check for details). If for any reason you need to pull up on the road to unpack, the quickest route to the hall is via North Street, please be considerate of other road users, and note that this is a single yellow line road. Therefore you are liable for any parking enforcement requirements which you may incur.

Social:

If you require an asset to share on social, please head to our Facebook page, where you can save and then share from your own social accounts, to let everyone know that you’re there. These will go up onto our page over this weekend.

We will try and get round to as many of you as possible to take photos for social or possibly a live via Facebook (signal permitting) on each day. But please do tag us, so that we can share where possible. Link to our Facebook page can be found at the bottom of this email- simply follow the icon.

Insurance documentation:

Lastly, if you have not done so already, please can you email us an up to date copy of your public liability insurance certificates. This is a mandatory requirement, for any one offering goods or services to the general public. We therefore have to have sight of these for our own due diligence process to allow you to exhibit. Please share this with us no later than one week prior to the event.

Please note that we have updated our terms this year, which are displayed at the point of booking, please ensure you adhere to these.

No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation by the organisers or you as the exhibitor.

Our email to send these to is: info@brighstonechristmastree.com

We must be in receipt of your insurance certification no later than the 27th November.
